Covid-19 Guidelines

COVID-19 MEASURES

We are working hard to keep all visitors and staff safe at our events and we are constantly monitoring the situation and putting in place any guidance set in by the UK Government regarding Covid-19. We advise that all visitors attending the event, takes a lateral flow test 24 hours before the event and bring with them proof of double -vaccination or a recent negative test (24 hours before the event) or natural immunity. Please note that these measures will be reviewed on a monthly basis and any changes will be updated. 

Providing proof of the above is simple and can be done via one of the following ways: 

  • Proof of full vaccination should you have received both doses at least 14 days prior to the summit. You can present this certification via the NHS COVID Pass within the NHS App, or internationally recognised equivalent. If you do not have a smartphone, please click here, for details of how to request an NHS COVID Pass letter; or

  • Present proof of a negative Lateral Flow Test via the NHS App, or a text message or email from  NHS Test and Trace. This test must be taken within 48 hours before attending the Broker Summit; or 

  • Should you have natural immunity based on a positive PCR test taken within 180 days of the Broker Summit, please present this proof via the NHS COVID Pass within the  NHS App

Measures in place on the day

We are advise that all guests take a lateral flow test within 24 hours of attending.

We ask that guests do not attend if they have tested positive of COVID-19 or/and have been in contact with someone who has recently tested positive for COVID-19 or/and are experiencing COVID-19 symptoms themselves or/and feeling unwell. 

We are asking that all guests submit full details for track and trace purposes. 
Increased hand sanitiser stations and cleaning will also be at the venue.
